SO! I just finished up the inaugural session of a crazy program at The Martin Agency called The Kitchen. It self-identifies as an internship on steroids; a group of "over-achieving prodigies from the worlds of art, copy, design, film, digital and business". But the last thing I felt like was an intern. For three months, we worked on real-world assignments for clients such as (but not limited to) AMC, Partnership for Drug Free America, Chips-ahoy, and musician Aloe Blacc. We concepted, we comped, we produced, we succeeded, and we failed at a whole bunch of stuff. It was wonderful. Everyone was so talented, inspiring, and hilarious. I'm gonna miss those assholes!
