oh ship!

Just handed off this guy to a lovely home last night. (Which means I have more free studio time, and tonsss of shoes to buy, so if anyone is interested in commissioning some new artwork... please let me know!)
It was nice doing a non-figural painting, probably the first time since the still-lifes I had to do in school. It did not suck! Well, other than working in a 95 degree studio, at least. But that part isn't over yet. Eff Richmond summers.
